Yes! And this rain. Oh my goodness, this is the hardest month by far.
So how are you feeling? Back into your usual routine, busy rushing from one errand to another, one busy call to a gym class OR have you decided to give yourself a little more breathing space.
That is certainly on my mental health checklist for 2025 and so far, I’m not doing too badly. So what is on yours and how is it going?
